Rubbish must be in a curb cart or City of Howell garbage bag and placed at the curbside by 7 am on pick up day. Residents on the west side of Michigan Avenue, including both sides of Grand River will be picked up on Tuesday. Those residing on the east side of Michigan Avenue, including both sides of Grand River, will be picked up each Monday. The City of Howell has a contract with Waste Management for the weekly pick up.
